We are seeking a safety-focused Scheduler Admin – WHS & Quality Operations to join our Line Marking Division based at our Wingfield depot.

This role plays a key part in ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with WHS, PCCP certification, and contractual quality requirements. You will work closely with the State Manager, Operations Manager, and branch teams to support scheduling, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site inspections and audits to determine job requirements.

  • Assist with scheduling crews and works to meet client demands and deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing, and compliance documentation.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and support WHS compliance across operations.

  • Ensure adherence to Quality, PCCP, and OHS management systems.

  • Support internal and external audits, including quality and system audits.

  • Liaise with maintenance to support efficient vehicle operations.

  • Ensure completed works meet contract specifications and quality standards.

  • Respond to client requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

  • Collaborate with branch teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

  • Previous experience in WHS, quality, scheduling, or administration within construction, road services, or similar operational environments.

  • Strong knowledge of WHS compliance and quality systems (PCCP experience highly regarded).

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Confident communicator able to liaise with crews, management, and clients.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
